Pricing FAQ

Is there a free plan?

Yes — the Free plan covers 50 monitors at a 5-minute check interval, with email alerts, one status page, and the same multi-region quorum confirmation that the paid plans use. No credit card, no time limit, no ads on status pages. It's designed for side projects and personal sites; teams that need shorter intervals or more monitors upgrade to Pro.

What's included in the Pro plan that the Free plan doesn't have?

Pro adds 1-minute check intervals (versus 5 minutes on Free), SMS / Slack / Discord / Telegram alert channels, five status pages, SSL expiry monitoring, and response-time analytics. Same monitor count (50), same multi-region detection logic. Pro is the right tier for teams that have an on-call rotation or care about catching outages within the first minute.

When should I upgrade from Pro to Business?

Upgrade to Business when you need 30-second intervals, more than 50 monitors (Business goes up to 100), or all integrations including PagerDuty, Mattermost, and webhooks for custom routing. Business also includes priority support and an SLA-backed uptime guarantee. If you're running production infrastructure that pages an on-call engineer and you want sub-minute detection, this is the tier.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe Checkout. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your browser. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can update your card or download invoices any time from the billing portal in your dashboard.

Can I cancel or change plans at any time?

Yes. Both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your current billing period stays active until its scheduled end date. There are no cancellation fees, no contracts, and no "sales call required" gatekeeping. You can cancel from the billing portal in two clicks.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — we refund any subscription within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. Just email support@atomping.com from the address on the account and we'll process the refund the same business day. After 14 days we don't issue refunds for partial months, but you can cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Do you have annual or volume discounts?

Annual billing on Pro and Business saves roughly two months versus monthly. Volume discounts are available for teams that need more than 100 monitors or want to roll out monitoring across multiple business units — get in touch via the contact form and we'll put together a custom quote.

What happens if I exceed my monitor limit?

We never auto-charge you or stop monitoring without warning. When you approach the monitor limit, the dashboard shows a banner and you'll receive an email a few days in advance. If you go over, existing monitors keep running but you can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove some — no surprise overage fees, no degraded performance on the monitors you have.
